5 Partnership is working with the board of Studio 5
Seeks Developers Most architects just do drawings. We're
not most architects. Which is why we've several projects in the
pipeline, one being a site on Webster Ave in the Bronx with
potential for 160,000 sq ft. of developable building area. Possible
uses include housing, dormitory, neighborhood retail and hotel.

Studio 5 Partnership is
working with the Hanaim community group to design
and develop their permanent cultural and religious center. Design
services include site and zoning feasibility studies as well as
building design and space planning studies to determine the size of
the building needed to accommodate their current and future needs,
help determining probable construction costs, identification of
zoning and utility issues are also being provided to this group
whose financial resources are both limited and taxed during these
economic times. The site in Elmwood Park is being studied to
determine it's suitability, however other sites will be identified
and studied as well. Studio 5 is working closely with the Pastor and
other members of the Building and Expansion Committee to develop an
optimal design program to meet the special needs of the
Congregation. |

5 Partnership is currently presenting to the planning board
a Multi-Use project, Kem Residential, located
in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. The client, The Opper Group, intends
to build an 80,000 square foot residential building that will
consist of 64 housing units as well as 20,000 square feet of retail
space. The retail space is designed to form a new receiving
entry-way to the town of Fair Lawn from the Maple Ave. Bridge while
the residential component is tucked far into the site, adjacent to
neighboring residential properties. Studio 5 Partnership is
working with the client to create a residential building that will
compliment the single family homes that are in close
proximity. Our architects have used numerous design tools to
create a varied roof line and an undulating facade to scale down the
structure so that it remains aesthetically pleasing to neighbors and
functional to the client. |
