What’s

Very
little. But since you asked, here’s the skinny. What was once a
neighborhood fruit and veggie market is now a USGBC LEED Silver
certified commercial & retail attraction known as the Prow Building
located at the southern tip of the large Gateway Center at the
Bronx Terminal Market. The same Bronx Terminal Market where Studio 5
fit out a Best Buy and a Bed Bath & Beyond. How do you like them

Safe and
sound.
Good things come in threes, right? Take JFK,
LGA and EWR for example. We’ve performed extensive studies to
install bollards which we’re now executing the design &
construction of under the Louis Berger Group as part of frontage
protection for 10 terminals (by the way, that’s nearly 8 miles worth
of bollards combined!) Currently, we’re overseeing the construction
to install mockups of varying sleeves to determine which stands the
test of time and softens the built environment while maintaining the
highest level of safety for
all. |
