Studio 5 Partnership, designed the interiors of the building as a comprehensive part of their overall scope of services.  A major portion of the building is the Community Theater.  Studio 5 worked with members of the Old Library Theater and the Theater Department at Ramapo College to program and develop the design.  Studio 5 then completed the construction documents for the theater and all the backstage areas including dressing rooms, worshops for the construction of sets, storage for costumes as well as the props.

Studio 5 also designed the spacious, sky lit lobby which serves as a multi-purpose area similar to other portions of the bulding.  The lobby is intended to act as the entrance, as a social gathering space before and after performances, lecture space for the various groups, indoor dining, exhibit hall for the Arts Association and any other purpose as seen fit by the Borough.

Other major components of the facility include a high-school sized gymnasium, a sky lit Arts Room for the Arts Association, Radio Club room, and a Youth Activities Wing.
