Dolan and Traynor is a successful family run business that is the major distributor of "Corian" sheet material as well as complete line of "Smith" plumbing fittings in the region.

This project consolidated three remote facilities into one location in a suburban setting.  The new Dolan & Traynor facility enhances business operation and facilitates the movement of products to their customers.

The building provides 42,000 SF with 15,000 SF of space on 2 levels dedicated to corporate offices, training and sales.

Architectural services provided for this project included site design, programming, space planning, furniture selection, custom millwork, lighting, finishes and graphics.
