Members of Studio 5 Partnership developed 6,000 square feet of underutilized high school classroom space and converted it to an innovative child care space for use by the school's faculty. In addition to providing playrooms and the related office areas, special purpose rooms were created which included: wet play, make up, music and dress-up.

Studio 5 Partnership was also responsible for redesigning the site's parking and vehicular flow to create safe drop-off outdoor play areas. The facility was so successful in drawing in students, that enrollment reached 100% of capacity within 1 month, and a second facility is being considered.
