Working closely with representatives of both TCI Corporate as the tenant and McBride Company as developers, Studio 5 Partnership members planned, programmed and developed the concept for this 65,000 square foot facility.

The building including such diverse elements as studio operations, marketing, telemarketing, vehicle maintenance, engineering and installation, sales and management, combined more than 3 previously occupied facilities into one expandable, homogeneous operation.

Studio 5 Partnership worked with and coordinated the efforts of specialty consultants for vehicle maintenance, satellite reception, broadcast operations and cable system to assure this highly technical, specialized facility would provide for the user's needs.
